That' s not actually Bob Ross. He used to host a public access painting show called the Joy of Painting for years and years and years. He' s best known for that creepy lilting voice, and his uncanny ability to make you feel embarrassed for him as he' s up there giving a storyline to his paintings. Edit:come to think of it, that doesn' t surprise me. He only aired Stateside, so far as I know.

I was watching one of Bob Ross' shows the other day. He said " Now we' ll draw this little happy tree. Now, its going to be pretty frustrating so you might want to go home and beat your wife and kick your dog....No, I' m kidding you shouldn' t kick your dog." lmao

Bob Ross was cool. But he was on PBS, not public access.

I saw his show a few times, too (It airs in Germany...unfortunately his show is the only show over here that airs undubbed) but watching him is so frustrating for me because I absolutey CAN' T paint. I am the kind of person who can' t draw a straight line with a ruler, so I hate watching people with mad painting skills.
