We'll start with Pizza toppings.

Crumbled feta cheese and sundried tomatoes on a detroit-style deep dish.

pussy

If you mean something for sustinence and by odd you mean relatively rare there is a snack I enjoy.  It's pretty simple.  I take about one part an avocato, one part red onion, bread.  Rye bread works well, whole grain is also good.  A person should never eat white bread.

-mash the avocato
-Dice the onions
-mix
-Spread your favorite mustard on bread
-Spread avocato mix over mustard
-Serve

If you want to get fancy you can dissolve a clover of garlic in butter/margerine in a pan and spead that on the bread before the mustard.

It's a nice snack to make for yourself or serve at a party.  Works very well with wine and cheese.

No, I mean something you would go out of your way to eat, because you like it. I can eat damn near anything for just the sake of sustinance.

Besides, that was limited to pizza. My taste in other food is far odder.

Yeah I wasn't talking about nutrition, I just meant food, I knew what you meant...  The example I gave is something I go out of my way to make.  I can't imagine what kind of weird shit you eat because feta cheese is pretty nasty.

0% body fat means nothing if you have 0% muscle mass as well.

I honestly don't think I have a favorite food, much less a bizarre one.

I have quirks about stuff I don't like though.

Fresh fish should never be seasoned with anything stronger than black pepper, and then only sparingly. Every chef thinks they have the perfect seasoning for a filet, but all I ever taste is a perfectly good piece of fish ruined by some overzealous jackass' spice cabinet experiment.  Grill it or fry it and leave it the hell alone. Breaded is ok, battered is gross, and tartar sauce is the work of the devil.

Also, I've never tasted a wine that was worth all the praise wine people give it. My reactions to wines range from "gross" to "meh, not bad".  I've never had a second glass of any wine, there's usually something more appetizing around. Champagne tastes like bad wine with club soda in it.

you guys sukc.  I think wine is okay, and I think it's good just trying a small glass, same for champaign.  I think beer tastes bad but I drink it anyways, Lagers taste like poop straight of an ass of a donkey.  Vodka and Rum are the best.

That's quite a complex system you got there.

I'll pretty much eat anything so long as it doesn't contain pickles.  I fookin hate pickles.  I'll eat fried rat asshole on a stick as long as it isn't served with pickles.  Another thing I hate is red cherries, put them in a cake and you ruined the cake.  Above all I can't stand fruit marinade.  I don't like anything marinated but I especially hate lemon or orange marinade.  If you soak my chicken in lemon marinade I'll kill you.

Dude, chicken Tikka needs to be soaked in lemon juice and salt for 30 mins befoer you add the curry powder/yoghurt marinade.

It's the business.

I made a red wine steak casserole last week too.  That was great, half bottle of wine in the dish and the rest for me and Lorna to have when we ate it.  No DS cookbook required.

Wine is an exception for marinade.  That can be very good.  I'm sure there are recipes where marinade is amazing.  I just hate mixing fruit with anything else, especially with meat.

At least no one has said pocky. That should be an auto-ban for being a disgusting weeaboo fag.

I particularly like A1 steak sauce on almost anything. And not going to name names but theres another member on these forums who enjoys cinnamon too much...
